Joel C. Peterson is the founder of Peterson Partners and has a long history of successful growth capital investments in a variety of industries. Mr. Peterson currently teaches Entrepreneurial Management at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, serves as Director of the Stanford GSB Center for Leadership Development and Research, is Chairman of JetBlue Airways, and serves as a Director of Franklin Covey in addition to Ladder Capital. He served formerly as Managing Partner of Trammell Crow Company. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. Mr. Peterson earned his B.S. from Brigham Young University.
